Next week — November 1 to be specific — the Amazon Kindle Top 100 Ranking e-book Screw the Universe will be released as a paperback, thus fulfilling the prophecy and making all Jersey Devil Press titles available to every reader everywhere, regardless of his (or her) format predilection. The discerning sci-fi comedy fan will now have her (or his) pick of both traditional print versions or new and shiny digital formats.

We here at JDP are major fans of e-books. But we also fully understand the desire to kill a bunch of trees and hold an actual, factual paperback in your hands. So we figured, why not do both? A great story is a great story, regardless of how you read it. So we’re going to get them out there in as many ways as we can.

In case you need reminding, Screw the Universe, by Stephen Schwegler and Eirik Gumeny, is currently available as an e-book through Smashwords and the Kindle Store. The paperback version is releasing Nov. 1 and will be available through Amazon.com and for distribution to brick-and-mortar stores.
